1. Texas Hold ‘Em
The most often played variety of poker is Texas Hold ‘Em. In Texas Hold ‘Em, each player is dealt two face-down cards. Then, each player decides whether they will fold (end their time in the game), check (Wait for their next hand), or bet (raise the amount they’re putting in the pot).
Three cards, called the flop, will then be displayed in the middle of the table. These cards are a part of all the player’s hands. Then, all the players will fold, check, or bet again. Another round happens after that. Then, the player with the best card based on their two cards and the five shared cards wins the pot and the game.

2. 5-Card Stud
At the beginning of this particular category of gambling games, each player will be dealt five cards. Then, they’ll be able to trade three of them in order to improve their stature in the game. This is a simpler variety of poker than Texas Hold Em, which may make it easier to play for beginners.
3. 7-Card Stud
This game has a similar name to 5-card stud, but the rules are different. In this game, the dealer will give each player seven cards. Four cards will be facing up, and three will be facing down. Each player will aim to make the best possible hand out of their cards.
4. High Low Chicago
High Low Chicago is like 7-Card Stud, but with a twist. Each player starts the game with one card, which starts face-up. The person with the lowest starting card gets to start the process. Each player has to make the starting bid. Then, each player will be given two-face down cards.
Once everyone has gone, each player will be given another face-up card, and the betting process will occur again. This process will occur until the process has happened seven times. Then, whichever players are left in the game will show their cards, and the players who meet the criteria will win.
The game is called High or Low Chicago because the group can choose to play for the highest or lowest hand, along with the best hand. The pot can also be split between the winners of each category.
