NJENO VELIČANSTVO ŠARGAREPA

Šargarepa je korisno i zdravo povrće, pre svega zbog visokog sadržaja beta karotena koji joj i daje narandžastu boju. To je susptanca iz koje nastaje veoma važan vitamin A. Vitamin A je odgovoran za zdravu kožu, naročito suvu, kao i lomljive nokte i kosu, za zdravu funkciju kože i sluznica, pomaže dobar vid. Povećava imunitet i jača srce. Blagotvorno deluje na rad jetre. Kaša od kuvane šargarepe sjajno je sredstvo protiv zatvora.

Šargarepa obiluje i drugim vitaminima. To su pre svega vitamini grupe B (B1, B2, B5, B6) i PP, D, E i H. Zanimljivo je da za razliku od svog drugog povrća, sadrži vrlo malo vitamina C - svega 6 mg%.

Šargarepa je bogata mineralnim sastojcima: kalijumom, kalcijumom, jodom, cinkom, kobaltom kao i pektinima (oko 11 mg%) i eteričnim uljima. Posebno se preporučuje deci jer podstiče telesni razvoj, jača kosti i povećava otpornost prema infekcijama, zatim mladima, rekonvalescentima, trudnicama i starijim osobama. Mnogi autori preporučuju tzv. prolećnu kuru sa sokom od šargarepe, koja ima svrhu da oslobodi organizam od otrova nagomilanih obilnom i jakom zimskom hranom. Tri nedelje uzima se po 100 grama soka dnevno. On je dragocen eliksir za ceo organizam: čuva nerve od iscrpljenosti i zato se preporučuje svima koji svoj nervni sistem troše preko mere, kao što su menadžeri, osobe s visokom odgovornošću, novinri... Svež sok od šargarepe, normalizuje telesnu težinu i smanjuje zamor srčanog mišića. Rezultati ispitivanja lekovitosti soka od šargarepe dokazali su da je on efikasno sredstvo protiv bolesti izazvanih poremećajem razmene minerala u organizmu, kao što su osteohondroza i poliartritis. Za podizanje tonusa i jačanje potencije odličan je sok od šargarepe sa pravim, prirodnim pčelinjim medom. Ovaj eliksir se uvek pravi neposredno pred upotrebu, u razmeri 1:1, a uzima se po dve supene kašike četiri puta na dan.
Veoma je korisno zadržati ovaj sok neko vreme u ustima, jer je njegova moć da ubija bakterije neverovatna. smanjuje se broj mikroorganizama u usnoj duplji, a narodna medicina preporučuje i ukapavanje soka u nozdrve u početnoj fazi kijavice i sličnih infekcija. Šargarepa pomaže pri zarastanju čira, korisna je ako bolujete od žuči. Danski naučnici su čak pronašli kako komponente u šargarepi smanjuju rizik od razvoja karcinoma za jednu trećinu.

  Lečenje šargarepom
  Sok od šargarepe je bogat vitaminom A. Osim toga, u soku se sadrže i vitamini B, C, D, E, PP i K, karotin, velika količina gvožđa, kobalta, bakra. Sok osnažuje organizam, poboljšava apetit, normalizuje varenje, a takođe jača koštano tkivo i normalizuje proces metabolizma. Sok od šargarepe je odlično sredstvo u borbi protiv infekcija. Pojačava imunitet celog organizma, a pored toga stimuliše preradu materija nadbubrežne žlezde koje povećavaju otpornost organizma protiv očnih infekcija (npr. konjuktivitis), infekcija grla, krajnika i disajnih organa. Ovaj sok se preporučuje kod oboljenja jetre i želudačno-crevnog trakta čiji je uzrok nedostatak aktivnih materija u organizmu. Osim toga, on pročišćava jetru i izbacuje nečistoće, a blagotvorno deluje na endokrini sistem. Takođe, normalizuje rad debelog creva i otklanja umor i nemir. Sok od šargarepe je odličan lek koji spasava od mnogih kožnih bolesti, npr. dermatitisa. Međutim, najvažnija osobina ovog soka je u tome što on pojačano utiče na ceo organizam, normalizuje metabolizam, smanjuje suvišnu telesnu težinu i uspostavlja hemijsku ravnotežu u celom organizmu.

  Šargarepa za jačanje imuniteta                                                                          
  Šargarepa sadrži karotin i provitamin A, koji štiti sluzokožu i ima snažno antioksidantno dejstvo, tj., ubija slobodne radikale odgovorne za pojavu tumora i brzo starenje. Mnogo pomaže u bržem oporavku posle infektivnih bolesti: mnoge naučne studije su pokazale da jača imunološki sistem. Priprema: Izmiksujte pet šargarepa sa sokom od jednog limuna. Ovaj sok pijte svakoga jutra.

  KOZMETIKA SA ŠARGAREPOM

  Šargarepa sa svojim makro i mikroelementima, enzimima, vitaminima i drugim biološki aktivnim materijama je dobro kozmetičko sredstvo za lečenje i negu lica, tela i kose. Maske od šargarepe su veoma korisne i hranljive. U kozmetici se koristi sok i kašica od šargarepe (prednost ima svetla šargarepa).

  Maska za sve tipove kože
  Potrebno je: Sitni sir (1 kašika), ulje (1 kašika), mleko (1 kašika), sok od šargarepe (1 kašika). Pomešati svež sitni sir, ulje (maslinovo), mleko i sok od šargarepe. Smesu dobro promešati, naneti na lice i ostaviti da deluje 20 minuta, pa posle toga staviti topao oblog. Na kraju isprati lice hladnom vodom. Maska odgovara svakom tipu kože, hrani je i osvežava.
